Production time
Allow 2–5 business days for your order to be printed before it ships. You'll receive a dispatch e-mail with a tracking link the moment it's on the move.
Estimated delivery times (after production)
- United Kingdom: 2–4 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees — carriers occasionally have their own ideas. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of ordering, e-mail us at frozoaservice@hotmail.com and we'll replace it or refund you.

Calculated at checkout based on destination, and shown before you pay.
Customs and import duties
Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import taxes, duties, or handling fees charged by the destination country. These are set by your local authorities, are the recipient's responsibility, and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — each item is printed and dispatched for the address you give us. If a parcel is returned to sender because of an incomplete or incorrect address, we may need to charge for re-delivery. Spotted a mistake right after ordering? E-mail us immediately and we'll do our best to catch it before production.
